General terms for visitors, customers, sellers, and riders using BannuZaiqa.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of BannuZaiqa websites, apps, panels, and marketplace services. By using BannuZaiqa, you agree to follow these terms and related marketplace policies, including the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Seller Policy.


Marketplace Role

BannuZaiqa provides a digital marketplace that connects customers with local food sellers in Bannu. Unless clearly stated otherwise, sellers remain responsible for their food products, menu details, prices, preparation, packaging, hygiene, availability, delivery readiness, and order fulfillment.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate name, phone number, address, area, and delivery details; review products, prices, delivery area, and order details before confirming; keep their phone available after ordering; use the platform respectfully; and avoid fake orders or misuse of support channels.


Seller Responsibilities

Sellers should keep business details, menus, product images, prices, availability, shop status, and delivery areas accurate; prepare and package food responsibly; handle orders and complaints fairly; avoid misleading listings or bypassing BannuZaiqa orders; and follow applicable local food, hygiene, business, and safety requirements.


Rider and Delivery Workflow

Where rider delivery is used, the seller may assign a rider to the order. Rider details may become visible to the customer after the rider accepts the assigned order. Delivery time may depend on seller preparation, rider availability, customer address, area coverage, traffic, weather, and operational conditions.


Orders and Availability

Placing an order does not always guarantee acceptance. Orders may depend on seller confirmation, product availability, delivery area, rider availability, and operational conditions. BannuZaiqa or the seller may cancel or adjust an order for valid operational issues.


Prices, Delivery Fees, and Payments

Product prices, delivery fees, and availability may be updated by sellers or BannuZaiqa from time to time. Customers should review the final amount before confirming. Payment method, payment status, rider payment marking, and online payment proof may be recorded only for food order coordination. BannuZaiqa does not provide banking, wallet, loan, investment, or money-transfer services and does not ask users to share bank passwords, wallet PINs, or private financial credentials.


Chat, Support, and Voice Messages

Users, sellers, and riders must not use chat, voice messages, support messages, or contact details for abuse, harassment, spam, threats, fake complaints, illegal content, or unrelated promotion. BannuZaiqa may review support or chat records where needed to resolve disputes, investigate abuse, protect users, or enforce marketplace rules. Users can report issues through the available support and contact channels.


Support, Safety, and Updates

Customers, sellers, and riders may contact BannuZaiqa support for order issues, complaints, account issues, setup help, or marketplace questions. BannuZaiqa may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, sellers, riders, messages, listings, products, or access where there is misuse, abusive behavior, fake orders, prohibited products, repeated complaints, fraud risk, safety risk, or policy violation.
