Cancellation Before Seller Confirmation
A customer may request cancellation before the seller confirms the order. If the order has not been confirmed or prepared, cancellation is usually easier to process. BannuZaiqa may require a cancellation reason to improve service and reduce fake or repeated cancellations.
Cancellation After Seller Confirmation
After a seller confirms the order, cancellation may depend on whether the seller has started preparing the food. If preparation has started, cancellation may not always be accepted because food orders are time-sensitive and prepared for a specific customer.
Out for Delivery and Delivered Orders
If the order has already been dispatched or marked out for delivery, cancellation may not be available unless there is a valid issue such as seller mistake, delivery problem, unavailable item, or support-approved reason. After delivery, cancellation is generally not available, but customers may contact support for genuine issues.
If an order is incorrect, delayed, unavailable, incomplete, damaged, or not delivered, BannuZaiqa support may review the issue with the customer, seller, and rider where applicable. Resolution may include correction, replacement, adjustment, cancellation, refund where applicable, or a support note to the seller.
Refunds, replacements, or adjustments may depend on order status, seller confirmation, preparation status, delivery status, payment method, proof or complaint details, seller response, and marketplace policy. Online payment refund timing may also depend on the bank, wallet, or payment provider involved.
For cash-on-delivery orders, resolution may involve seller coordination, replacement, adjustment, or cancellation rather than online payment reversal. Customers should provide correct delivery information, keep their phone available, review the order before confirming, and report issues quickly.
Fake complaints, repeated unjustified cancellations, abusive behavior, or misuse of refund requests may affect account access or future order handling. BannuZaiqa may update this policy as payment methods, seller operations, rider workflows, and support processes are finalized.
