BannuZaiqa is a local food marketplace for Bannu, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains how BannuZaiqa collects, uses, stores, and shares information when customers, sellers, riders, or visitors use our website, apps, panels, and related services.

How We Use Information

Information is used to create and verify accounts, process orders, share necessary order and delivery details with the relevant seller and assigned rider, help sellers manage menus and availability, help riders update delivery and payment collection status, provide support, detect misuse, and improve marketplace reliability.


Sharing of Information

BannuZaiqa does not sell personal information. Necessary information may be shared with the relevant seller, assigned rider, service providers for hosting, storage, SMS/OTP, email, security, and technical operations, or where required by law or a dispute process.


Location and Address Information

Customers must provide a delivery address and area for orders. A map pin or location coordinate may be offered as an optional feature to help riders find the address faster. If no map pin is provided, the written address and phone contact may still be used where delivery is available.


Payment Information

BannuZaiqa may record payment method, payment status, rider payment marking, paid time, and online payment proof for food order coordination. BannuZaiqa does not provide banking, wallet, loan, investment, or money-transfer services and does not ask users to share bank passwords, wallet PINs, or private financial credentials.


Security and Retention

BannuZaiqa uses reasonable safeguards, access controls, and security practices. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be kept as long as needed to provide services, manage orders, handle complaints, keep records, prevent misuse, and meet legal or operational requirements.
