How to Request Deletion

Users may request account or data deletion by contacting BannuZaiqa at bannuzaiqasupport@gmail.com. Please include the phone number or email used for the account and tell us whether you want account deletion, specific data deletion, or help updating your account details.


Who Can Request

Customers, sellers, and riders can contact BannuZaiqa for deletion or privacy-related requests. Seller and rider requests may require verification because those accounts can be connected to orders, settlements, delivery records, or support cases.


Records We May Retain

Some records may be retained where required for order disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, marketplace safety, unresolved complaints, settlements, active support cases, or other operational requirements. Retained records are kept only as needed for those purposes.


Processing Time

BannuZaiqa will review deletion requests through official support channels and may ask for verification before making changes. If a request cannot be fully completed because records must be retained, we will explain the practical reason where possible.
