Seller Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Policy for food businesses joining and operating on BannuZaiqa.

Introduction

This Seller Policy applies to food businesses, shops, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, home-based food sellers, and other approved sellers using BannuZaiqa. By joining BannuZaiqa, sellers agree to operate responsibly, keep information accurate, and follow marketplace rules.

Seller Accuracy

Sellers should provide and maintain accurate business name, representative details, login or contact number, business address, primary area, delivery areas, menu items, prices, product photos, descriptions, availability, shop status, delivery fees, and payment account details where applicable.

Food Quality

Sellers are responsible for food quality, preparation standards, hygiene, packaging, freshness, correct items, portion accuracy, and any local food, safety, tax, or business requirements that apply to their operation. BannuZaiqa provides the marketplace system but does not prepare the seller's food.

Prohibited Products

Sellers must not list prohibited, illegal, unsafe, age-restricted, or non-food items on BannuZaiqa. This includes tobacco, nicotine or vape products, marijuana/THC products, weapons, explosives, gambling-related items, medicines requiring prescription, or any product restricted by law or platform policy. BannuZaiqa is a food-focused marketplace.

Order Management

Sellers should review orders promptly, confirm only orders they can fulfill, prepare orders within a reasonable time, assign riders where the rider system is used, keep order status updated, avoid unjustified cancellation after accepting an order, and cooperate with buyers, riders, and support for delivery issues.

Rider and Delivery Responsibility

Riders may be seller-owned where applicable. Sellers are responsible for managing their own riders, ensuring riders are reachable and active when assigned, and cooperating with support if delivery issues occur.

Customer Data

Sellers may receive customer details only as needed to complete an order. Customer phone numbers, addresses, order details, or support information must not be misused for harassment, spam, unrelated promotion, bypassing BannuZaiqa orders, or unrelated communication.

Fair Use and No Bypass

Misleading products, fake availability, wrong prices, repeated wrong or missing items, poor packaging, abusive behavior, misuse of customer data, repeated unresolved complaints, unjustified cancellations, non-cooperation with support, or pushing customers to order outside BannuZaiqa may affect seller visibility or platform access.

Platform Fees and Settlements

If platform fees, seller dues, rider cash settlements, or other marketplace financial records apply, sellers should review and settle them according to the agreed process. BannuZaiqa may hold, pause, or review seller access where dues, complaints, settlements, or order disputes remain unresolved.

Approval, Suspension, and Updates

BannuZaiqa may approve, reject, pause, suspend, or remove a seller based on seller review, service quality, operational reliability, customer complaints, policy violations, or marketplace safety. BannuZaiqa may update seller requirements as the marketplace grows.
